The Pluto TV app doesn't work right for me either on the PS3. It works perfect on the PS4 though. I think the PS3 version of Pluto TV is buggy, or maybe they just aren't updating it. My ps3 browser won't load pluto.tv at all and my ps4 loads but defaults at the top40 channel and the channel list does not load so I cannot change the channel. Hope someone out there can help.
